Government Engineering College Bharuch, is one of eight newly built Government Engineering Colleges that started in July 2004 affiliated with Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad and also has recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). This college is established with the goal of preparing skilled engineers in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering.

  • Mobile number verification will be initiated, and an OTP will be sent to your provided mobile number (valid for 15 minutes).
  • Enter the OTP and Security PIN, then click the button.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message for the creation of your user profile with your ID on the registered mobile number.

Step 5: Login

  • Click the “Login” button.
  • Enter your User ID, Password, and Security PIN.

Step 6: Personal Details

  • Navigate to the “Profile Section” and provide your personal details, including name, father’s name, and mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and state.
  • Specify your category (General / General-EWS / SC / ST / SEBC) and provide relevant documents if applicable.
  • Indicate if you are Physically Handicapped, In-Servicemen / Ex-Servicemen, or eligible for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW).
  • Enter your family’s annual income and Free Ship Card details if applicable.

  • Under “View/ Edit Contact Details,” enter your correspondence and permanent addresses. You can also provide alternate email addresses and mobile numbers.
  • Click the button to save your contact details.

Step 8: Upload Documents

  • Upload a recent passport-size photograph (in .jpg format, 10KB to 100KB).
  • Upload your school leaving certificate (in .pdf format, 10KB to 200KB).
  • Click the button to upload the documents.

Step 9: Apply for Courses

  • Click on the relevant course(s) you want to apply for (e.g., B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharma/ D.Pharma, MBA/MCA, etc.).
  • Save your APPLICATION NO for future reference; all correspondence will be based on this application number.
  • Click the “Apply” button.

Step 10: Qualification Details

  • Provide your Class 12th or equivalent marks details, including passing month, year, seat number, passing board, SID No, School Index Number, and School/Institute Name.
  • Click the “Next” button.

Step 11: Competitive Exam Details

  • Enter your GUJCET and JEE (Main) examination details, including roll numbers and application numbers.
  • Click the “Next” button.

Step 12: Document Upload
