Step 1: Visit the Admission Committee Website
- Go to the Admission Committee website http://www.gujacpc.nic.in or http://www.gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.
Step 2: Start Fresh Application or Login
- If you’re a new applicant, click on the button for “Fresh Application.”
- If you’ve already registered, enter your LOGIN ID & PASSWORD and proceed.
Step 3: Registration Details
- Enter your name as it appears on your qualifying examination in the “Candidate Name” field.
- Choose the ISD Code for India (e.g., India (91)) for your mobile number.
- Enter your ten-digit mobile number.
- Provide a valid email address (e.g., ____@gmail.com or ______@yahoo.co.in).
- Note that the mobile number and email address cannot be changed during the process.
- Create a User ID. If the User ID is not available, choose an alternate one immediately.
- Create a password and enter the Security PIN from the image.
- Click the button to proceed. Your User ID and Password will remain the same throughout the admission process.
Step 4: Verify Details and Mobile Number
- Confirm your entered details. If correct, click the “Confirm” button; otherwise, click “Edit.”
- Mobile number verification will be initiated, and an OTP will be sent to your provided mobile number (valid for 15 minutes).
- Enter the OTP and Security PIN, then click the button.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message for the creation of your user profile with your ID on the registered mobile number.
Step 5: Login
- Click the “Login” button.
- Enter your User ID, Password, and Security PIN.
Step 6: Personal Details
- Navigate to the “Profile Section” and provide your personal details, including name, father’s name, and mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and state.
- Specify your category (General / General-EWS / SC / ST / SEBC) and provide relevant documents if applicable.
- Indicate if you are Physically Handicapped, In-Servicemen / Ex-Servicemen, or eligible for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW).
- Enter your family’s annual income and Free Ship Card details if applicable.
- Click the button to save your personal details.
Step 7: Contact Details
- Under “View/ Edit Contact Details,” enter your correspondence and permanent addresses. You can also provide alternate email addresses and mobile numbers.
- Click the button to save your contact details.
Step 8: Upload Documents
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph (in .jpg format, 10KB to 100KB).
- Upload your school leaving certificate (in .pdf format, 10KB to 200KB).
- Click the button to upload the documents.
Step 9: Apply for Courses
- Click on the relevant course(s) you want to apply for (e.g., B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharma/ D.Pharma, MBA/MCA, etc.).
- Save your APPLICATION NO for future reference; all correspondence will be based on this application number.
- Click the “Apply” button.
Step 10: Qualification Details
- Provide your Class 12th or equivalent marks details, including passing month, year, seat number, passing board, SID No, School Index Number, and School/Institute Name.
- Click the “Next” button.
Step 11: Competitive Exam Details
- Enter your GUJCET and JEE (Main) examination details, including roll numbers and application numbers.
- Click the “Next” button.
Step 12: Document Upload
- Upload the required documents, including Category (Caste) Certificate, PWD Certificate (if applicable), HSC Mark sheet, Income Certificate, ESM Certificate (if applicable), Free Ship Card Certificate (if applicable), and Non-creamy layer Certificate Parishisht -4 in Gujarati.
- Click the “Next” button.
Step 13: Final Review and Payment
- Cross- verifies all your details.
- Select the declaration option check-box.
- Click the “Pay Registration Fee” button.
