Counselling Registrations
Step 1: Create an Account

Counselling Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility

- During choice filling, candidates will list their preferred colleges and branches in order of preference.

- Candidates can fill any number of choices within the available options.

- Allotments will be based on the order of choices, rank, and available seat matrix.
- Candidates will receive provisional allotment orders if they are allotted a seat.
Step 7: Confirmation of Allotment
Candidates can choose from various confirmation options after receiving their allotment:
- Accept and Join: Satisfied candidates can download the allotment order and report to the allotted college for admission.
- Accept and Upward: Satisfied candidates can wait for allotment in their preferred choices in the upward movement.
- Decline and Upward: Dissatisfied candidates can decline the allotment and wait for upward movement.
- Decline and Move to Next Round: Dissatisfied candidates can decline the allotment and participate in the next round.
- Decline and Quit: Dissatisfied candidates can decline the allotment and withdraw from further counselling.
- Upward or Move to Next Round: Candidates with no allotment can opt for upward movement or the next round.

- Candidates who have accepted their allotment must report to the allotted college/TFC within the specified time frame.

- Failure to report or pay fees will result in cancellation of the allotment.
Step 9: Upward Movement
- Upward movement allows candidates to retain their allotted seat while waiting for better choices.
- Seats vacated by non-reporting candidates will be pooled for upward movement.
Step 10: Subsequent Rounds
- Candidates who decline their allotment or are not allotted a seat will move to the next round.
