Counseling Registration Process

Step 1: Processing Fee Payment & Slot Booking:

  • Login to the official website (https://tseamcet.nic.in).
  • Pay the processing fee and book a slot (High-Level Center, Date & Time) for certificate verification.

Step 2: Basic Information Form:

  • Verify and review the candidate’s details displayed (non-editable).
  • Special category details (NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH) shown as ‘N’ for all candidates before verification.

Step 3: Certificate Verification:

  • Attend certificate verification on the scheduled date and time.
  • Verify the mobile number entered during verification.

Step 4: Option Entry:

  • Generate a password after certificate verification.
  • Access the Candidate Registration on the website.
  • Enter registration details and generate a new password.
  • Prepare a list of college and branch preferences.
  • Login with the generated password and enter preferred options.

Step 5: Allotment of Seats:

  • Check the seat allotment status in Candidate Login after announcements.
  • If allotted, view the details of allotment and tuition fee payment.

Step 6: Tuition Fee Payment & Self Reporting:

  • Pay the tuition fee online.
  • Access the Self Reporting System and submit details for verification.
  • Print the Joining Report (Self Reporting) displaying candidate details and allotted college/branch.

Step 7: View Payment Transaction Status:

  • Check and view the payment transaction details for Processing Fee and Tuition Fee.

Step 7: Transaction Verification:

  • Verify the payment transaction details through the candidate login area.

  • Aadhar Card.
  • S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
  • Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate.
  • VI to Intermediate or its Equivalent Study Certificates.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C).
  • Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2023 by competent authority, if applicable.
  • EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar valid for the year 2023-24,

  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
  • Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
