ARCH courses and counselling process is expected to start from July 2025. Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) will be conducting counselling to facilitates admission to both private and government engineering colleges located in Rajasthan. REAP Counselling Registration 2025
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2025 counselling for B.E./B.Tech. and B.Arch. courses will be conducted online. All eligible candidates who wish to participate must complete the registration process through the official REAP web portal.
Submission of Application cum Registration Fee
- The process is completely online.
- Pay Rs. 590 (non-refundable) using any of the available online payment methods.
- The application form becomes active only after successful fee payment.
Filling the Online Application Form & College Choice Form
- Keep the required documents ready before starting the form:
- Photograph (up to 100 KB, JPG)
- Signature (up to 50 KB, JPG)
- 12th Science/Diploma Marksheet
- Category certificates (up to 150 KB, PDF)
- Upload documents in the prescribed format.

REAP Counselling Choice Filling 2025
REAP 2025 Choice Filling process is conducted entirely online and is a crucial step in the centralized counselling procedure. Candidates must first register using a fixed mobile number and email ID, as all communications and OTP verifications are sent through these, and they cannot be changed later.
After paying the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 590, candidates can access the Application cum Registration and College Choice Form. Required documents (photo, signature, academic and category certificates) must be uploaded in specified formats.
Candidates can fill unlimited college and branch choices based on their eligibility. Changes can be made only before final submission. Once the form is locked/submitted, no modifications are allowed.
REAP Counselling Seat Allotment 2025
REAP 2025 will be conducted in 8 rounds including centralised and institute level counselling. The process will start with seat allocation for TFWS candidates, then Kashmiri Migrants, PwD, Ex-Servicemen dependents, Out-of-Rajasthan and Rajasthan state candidates. The final round will be direct admission at institute level for vacant and management quota seats.
Seats will be distributed on the basis of vertical reservations (GEN, EWS, OBC-NCL, MBC, SC, ST, TSP, KM, TFW) and horizontal reservations (female candidates, PwD, MP category). Vacant horizontal reservation seats will go back to their respective vertical categories and then to General category if still unfilled.
Each candidate may fall under multiple Cat-Sections and merit lists will be prepared accordingly. After allotment, candidates have to report to their allotted institute with original documents and self attested copy along with REAP-2025 registration receipt and allotment letter.

REAP Counselling for Other State Students
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2025 provides a dedicated Out of State (Out of Rajasthan) quota to facilitate admissions for students not holding Rajasthan domicile. REAP 2025 reserves 15% of AICTE-approved intake (excluding supernumerary seats) for Out of Rajasthan candidates in private engineering colleges, autonomous government institutions, and government universities. Rajasthan domicile is not required for this quota. Admissions are conducted as per REAP guidelines and are based on eligibility criteria like JEE Main scores or 12th class merit. If any seats remain vacant under this quota, they are merged into the general Rajasthan category in later rounds. REAP Counselling Fee Refund Policy
REAP Counselling non-refundable registration fee is Rs. 590, applicable for B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch courses. However, the institutional fee refund is governed by AICTE norms. If a student withdraws before the course begins, the full fee - excluding a maximum processing charge of Rs. 1000 must be refunded. If the student leaves after joining and the seat is filled by another candidate before the last admission date, a refund is provided after deducting the processing fee and proportionate charges such as monthly tuition and hostel rent.
If the vacated seat remains unfilled, only the security deposit must be refunded, and original documents returned. Institutions are also prohibited from charging fees for subsequent years from students who cancel their admission. The entire refund process, along with the return of certificates, must be completed within 7 days. Non-compliance with these guidelines may invite punitive action from AICTE.
