Information for JEE Main 2024 Registration
In preparation for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024, candidates are advised to take note of the following crucial information:
I. Session-wise Registration:
- In the initial session, only Session 1 will be visible to candidates, and they can opt for this session during the application process.
- Subsequently, Session 2 will be made visible in the next registration window.
- The application window for Session 2 will reopen later. It is important to note that Session 2 will be the final examination for JEE (Main) 2024.
- Candidates applying for both sessions must submit separate applications and pay the respective examination fees within the specified durations.
II. Online Fee Submission:
- The examination fee can only be submitted online through net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm services.
- Additional charges such as processing fees and Goods & Service Taxes (GST) are applicable and will be charged by the concerned bank/payment gateway integrator.
- Once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable. However, candidates can carry it forward for another session of JEE (Main) 2024.
- Multiple application forms for the same session from a candidate will not be accepted.
III. Choice of Cities:
- Candidates applying for multiple sessions (June/July) have the flexibility to change their choice of cities during the correction window. This window will be opened in due course, and candidates will be informed through a public notice for each session.
IV. Confirmation Page:
- The confirmation page of the online application form will be generated only after successful fee payment by the candidate.
- If the confirmation page is not generated after the fee payment, candidates should approach the concerned bank/payment gateway to ensure successful payment or obtain a refund.
