  • Based on the merit rank and choices filled by the candidates, the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) will allocate seats in various colleges.

Counselling Rounds

Round 1: Candidates who have qualified for the JEE Main Exam and have registered for the Haryana B.Tech HSTES Counselling normally attend the first round of counselling. Candidates must complete out this form with their college and course preferences.

Round 2: The second round of counselling is held for candidates who participated in the first round but were not assigned a seat or who desire to upgrade their assigned seat. The choice filling and seat allocation process in this round is similar to the first round.

Round 3: Candidates who participated in the first and second rounds but were not assigned a seat are eligible for the third round of counselling. The choice filling and seat allocation method in this round is similar to the first and second rounds.

Spot Round Counselling (If applicable): Spot Round Counselling is held after all regular rounds of counselling have been completed in order to fill any vacant seats that remain after the regular counselling procedure. Spot Round Counselling is open to candidates who have not been assigned a seat or who have not participated in the usual counselling procedure.

Counselling Fee
