Bihar UGEAC Counselling also known as Bihar Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling is a state-level counselling process administered by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. (BCECEB). In the state of Bihar, UGEAC counselling is held for admission to several undergraduate engineering degrees. Eligibility Criteria
