Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.)
The B. Tech course is a 4 year long programme which is a semester based where students have to gain theoretical and practical knowledge. The B. Tech. is a course that can be selected by a student who desires to be engineer and have 12th with Science Background (PCM). The students, who have cleared the Senior Secondary (12th Class) examination can apply for the B. Tech degree course. There are 5 different departments namely Applied Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Electricals and Electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering and Information Technology.

Eligibility
- Candidates must have completed their 12th standard CBSE pattern or with minimum 55% aggregate marks for general category and 50% marks for reserved category (SC/ST/PwD).
- The subjects must have subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English (core/elective/functional).
Admission Process
Admission is strictly made on the basis of merit list prepared by the counselling authority i.e. IPU – CET. All applicants are required to appear in Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1 Conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The University shall not conduct
its own CET for admissions, but shall be utilizing the merit of JEE Main Paper 1 for its admissions. The admissions would be based on the merit / rank in the JEE. The admissions are granted on the basis of the merit list prepared by the authorities. The candidates have to meet up the minimum cut off to get admission. The candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in JEE Main or IPU CET for lateral entry for this the candidates have to choose BVCOE is their desired college. Finally the admission are granted after the admission process is completed which involves steps like application, seat allotment, verification of documents.
BVCOE: Application Process
First of all the candidates must go through the eligibility criteria of the different courses then they have to go further for the application process. The whole process is a combination of online and offline steps.
Step 1: Register on the college website: The candidate willing to take the admission must register themselves on the official website of the college. The registration requires basics details like personal details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, contact information, etc.
Step 2: After filling up the registration form the candidates will get a login Id. After this the candidates can login and proceed further.
Step 3: Next step is document uploading which includes marksheets of senior secondary and other relevant documents.
Step 4: After uploading the documents the candidates need to pay the application fee via challan, UPI, Debit/Credit card or Internet Banking.
After the completion of all these process the candidates are requested to take the print out of the confirmation page for future reference.
