JoSAA is the governing body responsible for coordinating the counselling and seat allocation for IITs and other participating institutes. Candidates are allotted seats in the respective courses and institutes, and the seat allotment result is announced on the official website.
Step 4: Reporting to the Allotted Institute
Candidates who are allotted seats must report to the respective IITs for further admission procedures. They need to complete the required formalities, including document verification and payment of fees. Candidates must carry their original documents, allotment letter, and other necessary certificates as specified by the institutes.
