At GLN Admission Advice Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund of our fees is requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Application Fee:
The application fee is non-refundable. This fee is charged for the registration process and covers the initial counselling session with our experts. Once the payment is made, no refund requests will be entertained.
Service Fee:
The service fee charged by GLN Admission Advice Pvt Ltd is refundable under certain circumstances. These include:
a) If a student is not able to secure admission in any of the colleges suggested by us, we will refund the entire service fee.
b) If there is a change in the admission criteria of a college and the student is not eligible to apply, we will refund the service fee.
c) If there is a change in the student’s eligibility due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the service fee.
Process of Refund:
The refund process will begin once the request for refund is received by our team. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the account.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be based on the terms and conditions mentioned above. The amount refunded will be the same as the service fee charged at the time of registration. No other charges, including but not limited to bank charges, will be refunded.
Cancellation of Services:
If a student decides to cancel our services before availing them, a partial refund may be granted. The amount refunded will be 50% of the service fee charged at the time of registration. However, if the student has already availed our counselling services, no refund will be granted.
Dispute Resolution:
If a dispute arises regarding the refund policy, the decision of GLN Admission Advice Pvt Ltd will be final and binding. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
